Kaban Power Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking accommodation and making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions of Kaban Power. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.


1. General Booking Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment unless stated otherwise.
  • Non-refundable bookings: If guests cancel, the paid amount will not be refunded.
  • Pricing provided in the estimate is valid for immediate payment only. If not paying immediately, confirm availability again before proceeding.
  • Guests must use their real identity and valid ID at the time of booking. Bookings made under unauthorised, false, altered, or hidden identity will be cancelled without refund, and such actions may be reported as fraud.
  • Guests previously reported for misconduct or breach of policy may be denied check-in or future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any reservation if the guest is found unsuitable for accommodation based on past issues.

2. Bond Policy

  • A bond is required and specified in your booking estimate.
  • In cases of past issues or risk concerns, an additional bond or denial of booking may apply.
  • Bonds are refunded within 14 days of check-out, using the same method of payment.
  • Bonds are not refunded to international bank accounts. If you don’t have an Australian bank account, use card payment to ensure refund eligibility.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard check-in: From 3:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out: Before 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in requires reserving the night before or paying a surcharge approved by management.
  • Late check-out must be pre-approved and will incur an additional nightly charge or hourly fee.
  • Guests overstaying their check-out time without permission will be charged a late check-out fee, which may include hourly rates, cleaner waiting fees, and other associated costs.
  • All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and written approval.

4. Arrival and Access

  • Notify the management for late arrivals. Arrivals are accepted only during trading hours.
  • Self check-in is available, but assisted late check-in (in-person or over the phone) incurs a late check-in fee.
  • Keys must be collected as per provided instructions; key lockout assistance is only available if you have made a lockout deposit before check-in.

5. Room Use and House Rules

  • No parties allowed. Zero tolerance applies. Violations will result in cancellation without refund and may incur penalties.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests must be respectful to hosts and others.
  • Rooms are for sleeping and sitting only. No other activities permitted.
  • Cooking in rooms is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees apply if this is violated.
  • No candles, open flames, or incense allowed in rooms.
  • Guests must not interfere with other rooms or common spaces.
  • Fire alarm call-outs due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest.

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Unauthorised pets will result in:
    • Immediate cancellation of booking with no refund,
    • $600 penalty per pet for breach,
    • Additional per night per pet fee applies if accepted with prior approval.

7. Additional Costs and Charges

  1. All prices are indicative only and vary depending on room type, number of guests, season, and demand. Confirm with the property before extending your stay.
  2. Early check-in / Late check-out without prior written approval incurs $15–$75 per hour per room. (Clause 1 applies.)
  3. Unauthorized overstay may incur penalty rates between $40–$160 per hour per room and be treated as damage or disruption.
  4. Lost or locked-out key assistance requires a pre-paid security deposit; no assistance is provided otherwise.
  5. If air conditioning is included in your booking, you may use it. Otherwise, it is disabled or chargeable separately.
  6. No smoking allowed in any area inside or around the rooms. Smoking penalty applies.
  7. This is house-style accommodation; do not disturb others.
  8. We reserve the right to block guests from future stays for misconduct.
  9. If a booked room is under maintenance, we may provide an alternate room in the same or nearby property. For long stays, we may temporarily move you until the original room is ready.
  10. In case of unforeseen legal or safety reasons not caused by the guest, a full or partial refund may be provided.
  11. If the key i given to the guest, you are responsible for keeping it with you. If you locked out or if you lost the keys, additional charges applies to unlock the door or arrange a replacement keys.
  12. If you require additional services such as housekeeping other than arranged by the property, an additional charges applies.
  13. Guests who will damage property, excellive rubbish in the room, damage the bed clothing provided, damage the towels or any items on the property, take the stuff own by the property will be charged and will be ban for future stay.

8. Requirements for booking clients needing support.

  1. 24/7 Onsite Support Worker
    If a room is booked for a person who requires any sort of support: physical, mental or assistance on daily life, even less than 10 minutes during the whole stay period, a dedicated, qualified support worker must be physically present 24/7 and is on active duty through out stay of the guest. The support worker must book and occupy a separate room in the same property.
  2. Property Limitation
    No disability accommodation( no ramps, elevators or accessible bathrooms).
    No staff assistance for personal care, mobility, or medical needs.
  3. Documentation Required at Check-in.
    Support worker’s government-issued ID(e.g. driving licence, passport) and company verified Identity.
  4. A penalty upto $3000 applies for person or organisation who fail to follow this policy.

NOTE: A guest arrives with no support worker or documents. Result: Stay is immediately terminated.
